During setup, Tailwind Inbox analyses how you write: greeting, formality, length, sign-off and typical phrases. From this it builds writing styles, for example formal for clients and casual for friends. AI picks the right style for each person, and you can pin one.
When AI can't know the answer
If someone asks about a date, a price or the status of your work, the AI doesn't make anything up. It asks you first – with a text field or quick options like “yes”, “no” or a time slot – and then writes the reply.
Dictate instead of typing
Say in a few words what the reply should cover. Tailwind Inbox turns it into a complete, polite message, in the language of the conversation.
For email and chat
The same works for WhatsApp and Telegram: the reply matches the tone of the chat, short and without letter formalities.

Does the AI send emails on its own?
No. Tailwind Inbox prepares drafts; only what you send yourself goes out.
Which AI does it use?
Tailwind Inbox uses models from Anthropic (Claude). Content is not used there for training.
