Which channels you can connect
Today Tailwind Inbox supports these channels:
- Gmail in one click (Google sign-in)
- Any IMAP mailbox, for example iCloud, GMX or Outlook with an app password
- WhatsApp with a QR code, as a linked device just like WhatsApp Web
- Telegram with a QR code or phone number
Replies in the right channel
You reply straight from Tailwind Inbox: an email goes out as email, a WhatsApp message as WhatsApp. Drafts sound like you, with your greeting and signature.
Privacy
Your account and messages live on our own server in Switzerland. Chats and media are deleted from the server after 90 days. For sorting and drafts, content is sent to Anthropic (USA); it is not used to train models.

Does Tailwind Inbox need the WhatsApp Business API?
No. Tailwind Inbox connects to your regular WhatsApp account like WhatsApp Web, as a linked device via QR code. This is not an official WhatsApp interface; we point this out during setup.
Do my messages stay in WhatsApp and my mailbox?
Yes. Tailwind Inbox reads and sends through your existing accounts. The originals stay on your phone and with your email provider.
